Debs

Debs is a powerhouse, she is a granny, a mum, a wife, a pilates instructor, a pastor.

Having a background in dance, teaching and church leadership – she brings a broad understanding of life to the table. But, more than what she does – is who she is. She is a person who is keenly attuned to bringing joy to others. She is a servant, a leader and someone who holds space for people as she walks alongside them.

Having decades of pastoral experience in Australia and in the UK, she gets the challenges that having a faith places on the intersect between spirituality and real life.

While studying her Bachelors in Theology and Ministry, it opened the door to re-looking at how she has always done church. It left her wondering – how does a faith community find the balance between being intimate, relational, deeply spiritual, authentic as well as a collective force for good?

Consequently, she is deeply devoted to seeing safe places where there are deeper levels of Christian formation and a paradigm shift from a large congregation where few get to use their gifts – to many small kingdom communities where many get to use their gifts, are connected and engaged.
